Payment

Payment is via credit card or check in advance.  We can take installments if you choose to pay by check or money order. 

Shipping

Shipping for samples is usually United States Postal Service.  Shipping for orders is usually via FedEx ground but in some cases we may use priority mail or priority mail international.

Returns

Returns on personalized favors are not accepted.  Returns on non personalized items is permitted with prior approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns
