Terms of sale
|
Credit card orders.
Payment required at time of order.
Orders are shipped 4 weeks or less from cc transaction date. Please call if you need your favors in 4 weeks or less.

Damage or lost items.
We will replace any items damaged or lost in shipping.
To our knowledge, not one chime or aroma favor has been damaged in shipping.
Since we have been shipping with FedEx we have never had lost shipment. |
Checks and money orders.
Payment at time of order
or
Payment may be made as 1/2 down and 1/2 on shipping. |
You must notify us upon receipt
of any damaged items. |

Prices
|
All prices can be found in the shopping cart catalog and accompanying each item description.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. |
Prices do not include shipping
charges except for the samples which are all inclusive
Prices are listed in US Dollars. |

Samples
|
Sample chimes, ornaments and
seed favors are per piece price plus $4.05 priority mail shipping each.
The sample charge will be credited to subsequent orders of 25 or more favors.
The sample fee is non refundable.

Samples can not be personalized
unless you agree to pay the $20.00 set up charge.
The set up charge will be credited to subsequent orders.
The set up charge is non refundable. |

Wind chime wedding favors
Set Up Fee;
The set up fee is non refundable.
Administration Fee.
There will be a 15% administration charge for all canceled orders. This
is 15% of the total order.
Finished Chimes;
There is no refund for finished personalized wind chimes. |
Ornament wedding favors.
Set Up Fee;
The set up fee is non refundable.

There will be a 15% administration charge for all canceled orders. This
is 15% of the total order.
Finished Favors;
There is no refund for finished personalized ornaments |
All other returned unpersonalized favors will be charged a 20%
admin and stocking fee.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
