Rush order apply for:
Unpersonalized ornament favors needed in less than 2 weeks.
Personalized ornament or chime favors needed in less than 4 weeks.
Rush orders apply when we are backed up.
We do not always charge for rush orders.
Rush orders could be subject to a 14% service change.
In addition to the service charge there may be express shipping costs depending on the order.
There are many factors which are taken into confederation when working on a rush order and we
encourage you to call as soon as possible if you are needing something in a hurry.
Please consider we make these favors by hand in our studio.
We will always try to fit an order in but it means we must
work overtime and usually late into the night.
We try to be as reasonable and accommodating as we can.
Call as soon as you can for rush orders, if only to see how full our scedule is.
When we are away from the phone we check our messages often.
Leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.
Feel free to specify a call back time if that is more convenient for you.
